- leveraging technology to make working with us as easy as possible for clients;
- making things easier for our clients, not harder or more confusing;
- being clear about the fees prior to commencing work. If the terms change, we will let clients know prior to work outside of the initial scope. You will never be ‘shocked’ or ‘surprised’ by your bill.
